2. Limitation of Liability
MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HR Excellence's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to HR Excellence in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Step 4: Legal Proceedings
If alternative dispute resolution methods are unsuccessful, legal proceedings may be initiated in the appropriate Sri Lankan courts with jurisdiction over the matter.
3. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions.
